Daniel is a second-year PhD student here at UW-Madison studying Human-Computer Interaction with Dr. Yuhang Zhao.

Daniel took computer graphics during his time as an undergraduate CS student at UT-Austin He also TA’d CS 559 in Fall 2023 with Dr. Eftychios Sifakis, though the format of this spring’s class will be different.

When it’s too cold to longboard, Daniel attends concerts, edits photos, and plays drums.

Daniel is currently researching how to improve the accessibility of extended reality (XR) devices for people with disabilities. Please let Daniel know if you’re interested in working on any projects in AR/VR, data visualization, game programming paradigms, HCI, or accessibility!
