Hyojoon Park

Joon (legal name: Hyojoon) is a first year PhD student at UW-Madison. He is originally from South Korea where he received his M.S. and B.S. degrees in Mechanical Engineering.

Joon’s research interest is in computer graphics, physics-based simulations, and machine learning.

In his free time, Joon wastes his time watching youtube and reels, works out to stay fit and does grocery shopping and house chores. Lately, he is often fascinated by the universe and some light topics on quantum mechanics.
