I went for a real, popular character: Gravity falls’s Bill Cipher. Bill is a magical character that flies, teleports, and is filled with malice and rarities. I made his arms and legs exaggerated to showcase articulated behavior.

My character is a desert rattlesnake named Rattle De’Snake. He sits coiled in a sandy resting pose, with only his tail sticking out. The tail is built as an articulated chain that rapidly rattles, while his head gently sways.

His name is Jackson, a red panda, holding an apple in one hand.

This is Strider-Bot. He’s a walking robot I built using five different kinematic chains connected to a central root. To make his walk cycle look natural, I set up the math so his arms swing opposite to his legs. I also wanted to give him a bit of a 3D look, so I made the background arm and leg darker, and added a slight head bob to his steps for some extra personality.
