CS638 Survey

To help us adapt the class to the backgrounds of students, we would appreciate knowing a little bit about everyone. You can simply write the answers to these questions on a piece of paper, or (preferably) use the survery form. Either way, please hand in a survey response on or before September 9th.

The questions:

• Your year (junior, senior, 1st year grad, ...)
• Your department or major
  • When you took a data structures course (e.g. Fall 1998)
  • What the course was (e.g. CS 367 here)
  • What language was used in the course (e.g. C++ or Java)
• When you took a linear algebra course

  • What course it was
• Whether or not you've taken a computer graphics course before
  • If so, what course was it (e.g. ME/CS 458 here)
  • Who the instructor was
• Have you written a C++ program under windows?
• Have you programmed in C++ outside of CS302 and CS367?
